Information collected and why

When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you provide (name, email, optional phone and message) to respond. Hosting systems may also record technical security information such as IP addresses and access logs. Our contact form does not request payment card details.

Bookings and external services

Appointments are handled through Setmore. When you open its booking interface, Setmore may process your information under its own terms and privacy notice. Links to Google Maps and social networks also lead to third-party services.

Optional analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is off until F&F configures it. If enabled, a consent choice will appear and Google Analytics tags added by this theme will not load until you agree. Your consent choice may be stored in the browser. A functional cookie may remember your language preference. Embedded third-party services may have their own practices.

Sharing, retention and safeguards

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and manage appointments. Technical providers may process it, potentially outside Québec depending on their configuration. It should be retained only as necessary for its purpose, subject to applicable requirements. F&F must verify provider practices and maintain appropriate safeguards.

You may request access to or correction of your information and exercise other rights available under applicable law. You can also withdraw optional analytics consent through the website preferences when analytics is enabled.
